Harbor Point Services is a fictional example of the original review-management workflow.
Your private demonstration
Log in with demo / catalyst demo. Your workspace lasts up to 12 hours from login. Changes belong only to you. Reset My Demo restores current samples and revokes old review links. Logout removes your workspace.
Customer experience
Ratings of 1–3 stars open the original private-feedback form with optional contact information. Ratings of 4–5 stars immediately record a positive Google handoff. The demo simulates the external destination and never posts fictional reviews. A handoff does not prove publication. Use fictional customer details.
Management
Open Feedback & Activity, mark feedback New, Reviewed or Resolved, and add follow-up notes. The original submission time is preserved. Dashboard counts, filters, CSV exports and history use the same private records. Business, review form, thank-you wording and email templates can be edited. Fictional users are a demonstration directory, not WordPress accounts.
QR and direct access
Setup & Test provides a downloadable QR code and guest link. A second device can submit to your workspace without accessing management. Links expire with the workspace and are revoked by reset or logout. Repeated submission of the same form is blocked. Open an emailed-request record to test its response state.
Notifications
Customer submissions create simulated notification history. They never send to fictional contacts or management recipients. For optional real examples, verify your own address using a ten-minute code. Templates support {business}, {name}, {rating}, {feedback} and {date}; text is safely escaped. Real examples use WordPress mail and public sending limits. Accepted means the mail handler accepted a message, not confirmed inbox delivery.
Roles and history
Explore As switches between Admin and Super Admin. Admin manages review activity and configuration. Super Admin also manages the fictional directory and workspace maintenance. Changing perspectives does not change WordPress permissions or the shared login. Audit history records management actions and notification outcomes. Tools & Logs can export a settings backup and restore validated JSON into your private workspace; backups exclude verified email addresses and guest capabilities.
Current dates
New and reset workspaces generate current fictional history using the site timezone. Existing workspaces preserve timestamps and your work through date changes. All displayed dates and date filters use WordPress Settings → General timezone.
