Log in with demo / catalyst demo. Explore as Principal Leslie Knope, Super Admin Michael Scott, or teachers Pam Beesly, Jessica Day, and Erin Hannon. Each browser receives a private fictional workspace. Use fictional names and example.com parent addresses. Changes expire 12 hours after login and are removed on logout. Reset My Demo resets only your workspace.
Choose an assigned student, school year, quarter, and report type. Progress Reports and Report Cards are separate. Save draft ratings, uppercase and lowercase mastery letters, comments, absences and tardies. Complete all required ratings and attendance fields before submitting. Submitted and approved reports are locked. Returned or reopened reports can be corrected and resubmitted by the currently assigned teacher.
My Reviews shows reports routed to Leslie Knope. All Waiting includes other reviewers. Only the assigned reviewing principal or Super Admin can decide a report. Return with required notes, or approve with simulated parent delivery. Reopening requires a reason and preserves previous approved versions.
Operational notifications are simulations: no parent or teacher addresses receive real mail. Success and failure examples create private notification history. Resend after correction or reopen an approved report. PDFs use saved assessments and cumulative preceding periods of the same report type. Approved versions remain available after corrections.
Optionally verify an address you control using a short-lived code. The verified address belongs only to your private session. Examples use WordPress mail with rate limits; accepted by the mail service does not confirm inbox delivery. Preview messages when mail is unavailable. Fictional parent addresses are never real recipients.
Administrators can add or edit fictional students, archive enrollment and change assignments. Super Admin can adjust review routing, reporting dates, and create future assessment or scale versions. Existing reports keep their original assessment and scale definitions. Real user accounts, shared credentials, uploads, and site maintenance remain unavailable.
Fresh workspaces follow the WordPress site timezone and an August–May academic year, including the preceding year. Future reporting periods stay Not Started. Your saved changes and history are not rewritten when the calendar advances. Reports, dashboards, CSV exports and PDFs use the same private records.
Riverview Christian Academy and its students are fictional. This example demonstrates a real school reporting workflow. Assessment templates, performance scales, grade levels, reporting periods and reviewer assignments can be configured for private schools, Christian schools, academies, homeschool organizations, tutoring programs and other educational programs. They are not fixed requirements of every implementation.
