Voucher Management System Guide
Guest search and history
Start with Guest Lookup / New Guest: first name, last name, date of birth and phone are required. Other intake details are optional. Select a possible match or create a guest, then choose a voucher type. Voucher entry requests any missing required guest details and saves them for future vouchers. Change Guest / Start New Voucher returns to lookup. Administrative guest searches remain available by name, phone, date of birth, address, fictional identity code or guest ID.
Meals and eligibility
The system totals meal quantities for the current calendar month, excluding deleted vouchers. Five meals per guest are allowed before an override reason and approver are required. A permanent ban blocks all voucher types and also checks matching identities.
Thrift and benevolent assistance
Guest Thrift vouchers record location, item, quantity, maximum per item and actual line cost. Preset item limits apply; shoes have no preset maximum and Other requires a custom maximum. There is no recurring thrift waiting period. Benevolent vouchers record the request reason and itemized assistance with quantities and actual line costs.
Restrictions, overrides and duplicates

Michael Scott’s history includes the preserved records from a merged Mike Scott profile. Try guest edits, merges, restrictions, voucher corrections and recoverable deletion in your private workspace. Photo uploads remain unavailable.
Reports and audit history
Filter by dates, type, location, staff, guest, status, value, override or deletion state. Open voucher details and printable receipts, or export matching fictional records. Audit filters include user, action, record type, record ID and text. Dates and times use the WordPress site timezone.
Users and permissions
Staff use voucher entry and guest history. Admins also manage reporting, guest edits, bans, merges, deletions and users. Production recognizes manager access for reporting but its user-management role selector offers Admin and Staff only; the demo preserves that behavior. Inactive users are visible.
Public demo
Log in with demo / catalyst demo. Search, filtering, details, sorting, exports and printing work. Create fictional guests and issue meal, thrift and benevolent vouchers. Your records, reports, receipts and audit history are private to this browser session. Use only made-up details, including the fictional 4-digit identity code. Use Reset My Demo to restore current samples. Workspaces expire after 12 hours or when you log out; expired data is removed automatically. A new day adds a current-day sample, and a new month adds fresh eligibility examples while preserving your earlier work and history. Accounts, passwords, uploads, permanent deletion and operational email are unavailable.
